I am Bernardus Jacobus Van Etten, and this is my second complaint, I will attached some information and evidence, for your complain to go easy and with lots of proof.
In or about July 15, 2ุุ6 I went over to Mission Memorial Hospital, to see the CEO, and ask him what about the letter I send him regarding the Unlawful activities what was conducted in his Hospital by the Social Worker, Mr. Daniel Chornick and the Dr. Arun Mehra.
I was arrested and detained by Daniel Chornick here after called Daniel, and my medication was taken away and I was given without my consent and or instructed or advised about the medication change in to Anti-Psychotic and Mind altering medication.
Jason Cook is the CEO in Mission Memorial Hospital and He was called and informed me that he only had 15 minutes for me, so he did not reply on the letter I send him, and he was simply writing every thing down so he had nothing to answer, and I showed him how the Unlawfully activities were conducted and assisted with all the persons and shipped out to CRESST, and CRESST is only for voluntary Clients that is now the argument I am suffering with in the Supreme Court in Vancouver.
So after about 15 minutes The CEO Jason Cook of Mission Memorial Hospital here after called Jason said what about if you have a check up? I said well if you give me a bottle of water, and he did so, he said the best nurse I have for you and she will be with you in a few minutes. {How mean can he been what he had in mind was, attempting to arresting me, or trying to attempt, lying what about a check up???}
There was the nurse, the first thing she did is putting on my right wrist, a wristband with information on it and date etc. so she wrote all the information down and she dropped her pen about 25 time and all the time I picked it up for her, and I got a bit concerned and had a funny feeling, but did not know why.
Then there arrives a Doctor, and he had the sheet in his hand his name is Andrew Johnson from 7303 Hurd Street Mission Telephone 6ุ4-826-7996, here after called Andrew, so he said to me I am going to HOLD YOU HERE IN THE HOSPITAL, I said and what is going on now?
He said no body is corrupt here and you say that people are corrupt, you have to stay here and you can't leave, I said well you have got to talk to my lawyer first, he said who is your lawyer? I said you would get to know his name when you meet him.
So Andrew left and I took my water bottle and refilled it up and left, out of the side door, it was a matter of running for the door.
About 45 minutes later I received a call on my Cell phone from my Son, and he instructed me to report to Mission Memorial Hospital at once, I asked him what is this about, he informed me that My Wife was called to Mission Memorial Hospital and she has to see you in the hospital, I informed my son to go to Mission Memorial Hospital and pick up his Mother and also tell every one that I will not show up in Mission memorial Hospital.
The next day I went back to Mission Memorial Hospital to give Jason back two new bottle s of water for the one he had given me the day before.
So this went on and last week I received from the lawyer of Mission Memorial Hospital Mr. John Ankerman Barristers & Solicitors #41ุ - 1639 West ุ2nd Avenue Vancouver, British Columbia V6J 1H3 a letter with my full and complete file from Mission Memorial Hospital.
I was extremely surprised that he had my Medical file in it entirety, I never had given him approval, and I also found the report of the day I had my check up according to Jason, but it was a complete setup of Jason he had me on the list to shipped out to CRESST and as they had promised my wife that next time they will have a surprise for me, and the only can be Electric Shock Treatment and more I don't know but the end of it will be that I will take my own life that is the Idea of giving you the medication and destroying My BRAINS.
Also on the report you can see the telephone number of Stan 1-6ุ4-7ุ2-486ุ I just called the number and it is the number of Stan the CEO of the Mental Health Offices in Chilliwack!!!!!!
I would like you to start a full and complete investigation and let me know of the outcome of it and the file number, I am also seeking with the R.C.M.P. to file criminal charges to lay against all the person involved in the attempt to arrest and detain me, or tying to attempt to arrest and detaining me. INVOLUNTARILY.
Today I called the CEO of Mission Memorial Hospital Jason Cook and the answering machine said Quote" I am on holidays from April 1ุth [2ุุ7 Today is April Wednesday ุ4, 2ุุ7]
I also would like to have the opportunity to explain a bit about the letter from Daniel & Arun, first of all Arun's letter is not signed and is been put together by his lawyer David W. Pilley, and Daniel's letter has been put together by John Ankenman, and it is carefully scripted, and hopefully not to turn in mistakes, when you are lying it is hard to keep up, and the record of all the letter and statement makes it more and more difficult for them to keep up, and making not to many mistakes.
My wife Miriam had later confess to me that she had said to Daniel in his offices that I was suffering, and have a disability for Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)
and, chronic Panic Attacks and the Medical bottles I do save up and it drive her nuts and she has problems dealing with it, Daniel offered Miriam do you like me to FIX HIM UP, he will be like a puppy, she agreed with him and Daniel said come and let us tell him.
So there comes Daniel and my wife back into the ER and I pointed at them and said I am taking the easy way Daniel said well that is good because we are going to fix you up in a Psychic Ward in Chilliwack, or Abbotsford, the easy way or the hard way, I assured Daniel that I would go the easy way, Daniel assured me if you don't co-operate then we will come and get you and we will use all and every necessary force we have to use. You have hurt people in the past and you don't want to hurt any one ion the future do you?? I said no I don't want to hurt any one. I had no idea but there was something me wife must have said to Daniel and he just took the opportunity to arrest me the Health Officers in Abbotsford, Mister Bill Koberstein and Mister Darshan Dhillon and Madam Lisa Weih, and Mister Larry Percival are all corrupt and they must have tipped Daniel off to keep him and FIX him UP
I said to Daniel well I will go the easy way, and if you try to escape we come and get you. I said that is not necessarily I will co-operate with you.
